Sarah graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2010 and shortly after moved to Hobart to pursue her passion of rowing and work in mixed practice. She went on to work in small animal clinics in Hobart whilst also juggling rowing.
In 2017 she became a world champion in the women’s coxless four and repeated this performance in 2019. She competed in the women’s 8 at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics finishing 5th. After taking a year off international level rowing in 2022 she worked as the Clinical Lead Vet in a small animal practice in Hobart. Whilst doing this she developed a passion for mentoring new and recent grads and has continued on with this in her current role with Vet Partners. Currently she is training full time in Penrith for the 2024 Paris Olympics whilst mentoring the Vet Partners new and recent grads from New South Wales and the ACT.
Susannah Bolte graduated from JCU in 2014 and have worked in rural mixed practice in QLD and NSW since graduation. Currently working in general practice in Mareeba North Queensland. My main passion is working in remote indigenous communities providing veterinary care to animals who would otherwise not have regular access.
