What am I Looking at?! Simplify your Life by Using the Cytologic Algorithm

The cytologic algorithm is the foundation to cytologic evaluation. In this session we will cover an organized approach for interpreting what is being seen under the microscope. The participant will learn how to identify and interpret inflammatory patterns, cystic lesions, and neoplastic processes. The important process of determining whether a neoplasm is benign or malignant on cytology will also be covered, as well as exceptions to these rules as they pertain to certain tumor types.
