In this program, participants will develop and improve upon existing skills in the diagnosis of thoracic neoplasia in cats. Participants will be provided with many case examples of neoplasia of the lung, mediastinum and thoracic wall and skeletal structures. Radiography will be the emphasis of the imaging diagnosis and interpretation and some CT comparisons will also be provided. Examples of variations of diffuse pulmonary pathology can appear similar to neoplasia in cats will also be demonstrated. Case examples will be used to demonstrate interpretive principles of the lung, mediastinum and heart and how to develop next steps based on the radiographic findings.
